OASIS webinars can use built-in reminder emails. Go to <strong>Manage Feature</strong> and select <strong>Reminder Email</strong>, then return to <strong>Detail</strong> and open the <strong>Email</strong> tab to set reminders for <strong>1, 3, and 7 days</strong> before the live event. Attendees will receive emails at those intervals. You can edit the message using the <strong>pencil icon</strong>, though the default text is usually sufficient. If you’re using Zoom or another integrated webinar platform, you may also use that platform’s reminder emails, but avoid enabling both systems to prevent sending duplicate reminders.
