A 3 module program that covers the basics of facility risk management including duties, responsibilities and functions a risk manager may be required to complete. A case study is utilized throughout all 3 modules to exemplify the principles and duties covered.

This module will delve deeper into the functions and general duties of a risk manager.  At the conclusion of this module, learners will understand the processes of risk identification, risk rending and reporting, risk investigation and disclosure to a patient and/or family.
